Cleveland - 3 of 8. The Browns run a Balanced Offense which require elite players at quarterback, running back, and two offensive linemen. Their defensive strategy is a 3-4 which requires a defensive linemen, two linebackers and a defensive back. Currently the Browns have only three of their eight stars: OL Joe Thomas, DL Shaun Rogers, and LB Kamerion Wimbley. There are gaps at running back, linebacker and defensive back, but Brady Quinn, QB and OL Alex Mack both have potential.

NY Cincinnati - 4 of 8. The Bengals run a Balanced Offense which require elite players at quarterback, running back, and two offensive linemen. Their defensive strategy is a 3-4 which requires a defensive linemen, two linebackers and a defensive back. Currently the Bengals only have four of their eight stars: QB Carson Palmer, LB Keith Rivers, LB Rey Manalusa and DB Leon Hall. Cedric Benson, RB and Andrew Smith, OL do have potential.

Baltimore - 5 of 8. The Ravens run a Run Heavy Offense which requires elite players at quarterback, halfback and two offensive tackles. Their defensive strategy is a 3-4 which requires a defensive linemen, two linebackers and a defensive back. The Ravens have five of their eight stars: OT Ben Grubbs, DT Haloti Ngata, LB Ray lewis, LB Terrell Suggs, and DB Ed Reed. QB Joe Flacco, HB Ray Rice and OL Michael Oher all have potential.

Pittsburgh - 8 of 8. The Steelers run a Balanced Offense which require elite players at quarterback, running back, and two offensive linemen. Their defensive strategy is a 3-4 which requires a defensive linemen, two linebackers and a defensive back. The Steelers have all eight of their stars: QB Ben Roethlisberger, HB Willie Parker, OL Justin Hartwig, OL Max Stark, DT Casey Hampton, LB James Harrison, LB Lamarr Woodley, and DB Troy Polamalu. Pittsburgh has no needs on their roster and have a shot at getting to the Super Bowl.
